My name is Leon Nicholson and a new member of the community. I have very little experience in real estate. Began looking into real estate investing in 2004. Made a couple bad deals but i learned through them. Got out of the business but have always had a passion for it. I remember getting my first rental payment from my tenant. The feeling was awesome! So i'm back. At the moment i am a wholesaler. This time i have a coach and he recommended i join this community of like minded people. My short term goal in real estate is to wholesale properties to investors in the Philadelphia, PA. area. Also, buy and hold properties. Long term goal is to have real estate replace my job.
