Hi, I've been involved in property for a few years but looking to do so in a more focused manner. I "slow-flipped" a condo in New York over the past few years while living in it. Recently sold it and used the profits to buy my first rental unit in South Africa with my first tenant moving in soon. I plan to buy a few more units over the 2-3 years and set myself up to move back to South Africa once I have sufficient income there. Interested to hear from people who invest internationally or who buy rental properties outside of the area where they live.
