Newbie From Tyler, Tx
Hello to all,
My name is Jon Haft, and I have been a public school teacher/coach for the last 22 years and now I am changing careers and getting into property management. My wife and I are also venturing out and trying to flip houses on the side. We are in the process of closing on our first house in less than a month. The market here in Tyler doesn't leave much margin so we must do everything possible to avoid costly mistakes
