Newbie in SoCal.
Hi BP nation. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Keoni. I'm originally from Maui Hawaii and just moved to SoCal about three years ago. I was a Paramedic for 20 years and am now a Locksmith. I've been looking thru BP for about a month or so wanting to get into the real estate investing career rather than the 9-5 job.
There's an Incredible amount of information, I can't get enough! I have listened to almost all the podcasts, read the Ultimate Beginners guide to REI and just purchased the BP books on flipping houses.
