Newbie from Atlanta
Hi BP Community!
Figured now is as good as any to introduce myself....I am a newbie to investing but not to real estate. I have been selling real estate in the Atlanta luxury condo market for the last 11 years. I am ready to begin investing in single family buy and holds and possibly some flips down the road. I have learned so much from these forums and just went to contract on my first rental! I am sure I will have many questions in the near future!
