The market is not as bad as the rest of the country. Although, I have 10 properties in inventory which is not typical. I typically carry approximately 3-6. The investment market acts much differently than the standard residential market. The sub-prime collapse has helped the investment market here. The RIT fire is certainly a tragedy.

I handle SFR and Multi-Units. I am looking into commercial. I enjoy working with investors and by far, most of my clints are from out of state. I handle properties from purchase to property management. My clients like my " turn-Key" program.
