I've been poking around on the site for a while, figured I'd better introduce myself! I'm a Realtor and buy and hold investor. I've been investing for a few years in multi-family rental properties and am constantly on the lookout for more deals! I am really enjoying all of the flipping discussions and am interested in learning more about that, especially the 'buy, flip, and hold' strategy.
My next big project is getting in to syndications. My goal is to understand the paperwork, put together a team, and try some smaller deals (6-10 units) before tackling the $3-5 Million projects, which is my three year goal.
So far I love bigger pockets, I love to see all the different perspectives and ideas being passed around, and see so many investors/managers deal with the same questions I deal with! I keep telling my wife, "See? These people GET me!" Can't wait to keep following some great discussions and getting involved.
