New member from The Central Valley California
Hi my name is Mary Lou and I am from the Cental Valley in California. Merced area! I have one rental property in Texas. I purchased it in 1995 while Active Duty at Sheppard AFB.
Ive always believed in wealth building by owning property, having watched my parents buy and keep properties through the years.
My goal is to purchase another property locally, gain experience through rehab, and Continue the process.
Ive been a luker for a while! I finally joined last month, and made my first post last night!
Right now Im just doing lots of information gathering, reading and arming myself with lots of info.
I do know that this area is affordable and there are many homes waiting to be picked! I would like to focus on Turlock as it is a college town, has many
amenities, convenient to the freeway, and has lots and lots of craftsman style homes in decent areas!
I am also interested in any meetups!
