I represent one of the largest private money pools in the US. We can lend on every type of commercial in the US and Internationally. We lend on everything from raw land, A&D, purchases, to refinances. The LTVs are higher then you will find with banks and hard money lenders. The rates cant be beat. I also represent a pool of private money that does equipment loan purchases up to 110% for excellent borrowers. Examples are tractors, industrial equipment like cranes, private and commercial jets, etc.

I have been in the mortgage/lending industry for going on 6yrs now. I have done everything from residential to commercial, convential to hard money. I recently got hooked up with the private money pool and love it. We are doing everything that everyone wont do or are charging to much to do in the commercial world.
