Hi! I'm 39, very new to investing. Interested in rental condos/ rental properties. How do I start out? I have liked a property in Manchester, CT found via realtor.com. Will be seeing the seller's agent next week to see the property. My first nervous step! Any words of wisdom about whether or not I introduce myself to him as an investor? Does it even matter? How to find properties in CT area for rentals?should I get a broker? Where to find an experienced rental broker? How does their fee work? Thanks for reading.
