I've been on the site for a few days and I am so impressed with the information shared by the BP community.
Though I'm new to BP, I've been investing in real estate since 2004. I'm currently looking to acquire non-performing notes (1st lien, residential) nationwide, so learning about the nuances of different markets is invaluable. Michigan is one of my target markets and the information/feedback/warnings that I've received from fellow investors and Realtors local to the area has been phenomenal. In addition to Michigan, I am also concentrating my efforts in MI, NJ, MD, VA, GA, FL and the Carolinas so if you have something to add, I would welcome the information.
