New to BP in Madison, WI and needs advice :)
Hello!!
I'm recently married and the hubby and I have set ourselves a goal to own a duplex by August of 2015. Our plan is to live there for about a year and do some cosmetic renovations on the side that we're living in while we rent out the other side; and then do that same plan a couple times over.
In the meantime I have a job that, thankfully, allows me a lot of free time so I've decided to pursue getting a real estate license so I can be "in the know" on the good deals and such, while making some extra income as well.
Can you suggest some resources that will aid me in accomplishing these goals?
