New to Bigger Pockets from Phoenix, AZ
Hey Everyone!
My name is J.D. Beatty. I'm a new homeowner in the Phoenix, AZ Metro (specifically Tempe, AZ), an Arizona Native and an ASU graduate. I worked for a major commercial real estate brokerage for three years, specifically in corporate site selection consulting, and have now been working in Economic Development for the City of Mesa for about two years.
I would say working in Site Selection and Economic Development has taught me a great deal about some unique facets of commercial/industrial real estate, but I'm here because I'd like to learn all I can about other aspects of real estate. Since recently purchasing my home, I've become increasingly interested in real estate investing for my personal life, specifically in the Phoenix Metro. In short, I'm very interested in learning all that I can from all of you, and perhaps meeting some like-minded people in my area. Anyways, I'm looking forward to learning and contributing on here.
