Greetings everyone in the forums! I'm a military veteran, turned real estate agent in the central New York area. I've been licensed for 3 years and have been studying real estate for 4-5 years now. I've always been interested in investing and have read as many books as I could get my hands on. I feel comfortable enough now to start getting active in the investor side of things.
