Good Morning Everyone,

I am an active real estate agent from Detroit, Michigan. By joining this site, my goals are to network and to expand my knowledge base of real estate investing. One day, I would like to be a full time investor, and be financially independent.

But, with the current challenges in the market right now, I am hoping that I will be able to " pick your brains" and obtain some key pointes / pitfalls to avoid.

Again thx and I look forward to working with everyone.

Welcome to BiggerPockets, Robert! It is great that you're learning about investing . . . not only will it give you the knowledge to make your way, but you'll also improve your business as an agent with knowledge in various different aspects of real estate.

We welcome you and encourage you to ask any questions that you may have, and where possible, jump in and answer a few as well!

Good luck!

Hey Robert!!!
I work with a large wholesaler in southeast Michigan and would love to talk some time. I run a one-stop shop for investors so if you have any clients (and of course yourself) that want some great deals, financing..etc. message me or call me. Welcome to bigger pockets-you'll love it

Robert,

Welcome to BiggerPocketse. Detroit has some major possibilities. I saw a list somewhere of the top 10 places for renting, and oddly enough Detroit was like 8th or 9th on that list.

I have several contacts up in Detroit. Let me know if you would like some introductions.
