I just wanted to introduce myself and hope that I can make some good contacts using this board so we can make some money together.

Anyway, I am working as a real estate broker for a sponsor of 1031 investment properties. We specialize in Tenants in Common (TIC's) properties and always have available replacement properties.

Thanks for the welcome. I have been an active real estate broker specializing in commercial properties for 10 years.

I have invested in a few smaller properties, but want to step it up and get involved with larger properties.
