Newbie from Omaha
Hello fellow BP members. I have been one of those stereotypical members that Josh is always bashing in his podcasts, that just lerk and never contribute to the forums. I've always been interested in real estate but never thought it was a reality for me. After reading rich dad poor dad, I have a new found fire to take action and invest. I'll be looking for flips to start out with and eventually moving to buy and hold. If anybody knows of a few good hard money lenders in the area, feel free to shoot me a message.
