just joined bigger pockets. its a fantastic site with wealth of information. I just arrived from Europe to the USA and am setting up for International Real estate deals.I am based in the Midwest. Anyone doing international real estate and want to share experiences and knowledge?

I've been investing in US properties for some investors in Trinidad. Buying in the US is very smart of outside countries to do right now. Although the TT hasn't had growth like the other curriencies, it is still benefiting those looking to purchase US properties. Plus with the overall down swing in the market here, it makes even more sense.

I just joined as well. I have a good base of contacts in Chicago. What is you specialty? Setting up for foreign investment into the U.S. is a good bet. We are probably 12 months away from serious players scooping up assets in the U.S. Investors with strong Euro, Austrailian, and New Zeland currency will do well in our market. Hi all, thanks for your welcomes and encouragement. As you all know, the international real estate market is a very exciting market, because there will always be opportunities available to explore. Whatever the opportunity is, being the exchange rate, the political or socioeconomic factors, the truly international real estate players will find them.
I will be specializing in the process that identifies,explores and execute transactions in such international markets.
right now we are looking at investment properties in panama. However we are looking at various other properties.
