Newbie from Monterey CA
Hi everyone! My name is Kerry Harvell and I'm a Realtor from the Monterey Peninsula in California. I've had my license since 2005.
The reason I joined is to learn from and network with investors that are looking to buy and sell in my area of the country. My background was mostly residential sales, but recently I started getting properties like Assisted Living Facility homes and Vacation Rental properties so I'm trying to figure out where those investors are and how to connect with them. I hope that I can be of help to some people and perhaps make someone's dream come true!
