Hi, I am new to this forum and looking forward to learning more about what's happening elsewhere. I am currently with Prudential Georgia Realty and the REO Team and the REO business in Atlanta is booming. We still get lots of people who have been watching too many late night infomercials about foreclosures coming to town trying to pick up inventory without much success. I would like to act as a resource to help anyone who has questions about our current market here.

Hey Kevin. I think people without a doubt, watch too many real estate infomercials. That's why we're all here. To find the truth, gain knowledge, share knowledge, network, and of course, make deals.
