Hello From Oklahoma

Hi, I'm Todd and live in Norman, Oklahoma. I'm currently underway on my first rehab project. It was a bank owned property, one in which i'm doing the work entirely myself. I realize this is the long and hard way, but I want to familiarize myself with every inch of work that needs to be done so that later in my career I'll be certain what to look for. But having a job and doing this rehab myself seems to be taking forever. However, I'll still make a nice profit. My goal is to dump my day job, start rehabbing and owning rental properties. There are alot of things I still need to learn, but I'm loving every minute so far.

Todd
