Hey kids....
I've been signed up with the group for a few weeks now and it has been great I have already made some great contacts.

I am a partner in a Marketing and Advertising Firm.....I am a reformed mortgage broker and real estate investor....(running my own firm for 6 years) from Philadelphia PA been in the business for a total of 11 years but have turned my attention to marketing and advertising, however I still do deals.

I am well versed in the wholesale transactions (option assignments buying and selling all over the country) My new interest is in the Distressed Asset Market (REO's and Bank Insturmients) My partners that make up CPW and Associates led by a well respected third generation real estate broker here in Philly, have developed key contracts and stratedic alliances with players in this industry over the last few months. We have tremendous contacts to trade desks for banking instruments (MTN, CMO's, CDO's BG's etc...I have to preference that I am not an attorney nor am I a licsenced securities officer however we have relationships with those entities to buy and sell those to interested parties)

We also have a strong appetite for builder buyout deals with contacts to buyers who are looking aggressively for such deals.....Also we do our best to match up qualified buyers with available product and visa versa.
