Hello from Ashburn, VA!
Hello everyone! What a great site, that I am so happy to have found. I have been reading some of the posts and wow... round of applause to many of you, I am more than impressed at the wealth of knowledge on this site.
I am new the world of real estate investing, just created an account on this site, and am thoroughly excited about these new leaps with steady strides I've just "decided" to undertake! I am a fish out of water, but after knowing this was what I wanted to do since 2003 I've finally taken the walk of faith. <so proud of me>
So, I've just completed a couple of real estate investing/wholesaling seminars and am attending a Buyers Summit next month. I've created my LLC, transferred to a SDIRA, and am now creating my realtors and investors contact list.
I know confidence is key in any situation. Besides that does anyone have any first time out the gate stumbles I can learn from or just any great advice they can share to help me shake off these newbie concerns?
