Hello Out There! My name is Luisa Paredes, and I am new to the BiggerPockets community. Although, I have considerable experience in real estate, I am relatively new to investing. I buy, fix, and sell single family residential properties in Houston, Texas and its surrounding areas that are under $200,000. My goal is: flip 2/hold 1.
