Semi-Newb from Jersey City, New Jersey
Hello Bigger Pockets Members!
Been a member for a few months but haven't done an official introduction, hence the "semi-newb". Decided to turn pro on the site today to get more use as i'm looking to buy my first home purchase, preferably a multi-family property that hopefully cash flows around the area. Working with @tim booz who has been holding my hand and who i met on Bigger Pockets before i became pro, connecting me to an attorney and mortgage lender.
I realize there are a lot of those that are new like me, figured i'd post my journey here as well for the Jersey City market. Not easy to find a mentor around here so I plan on being one around this area as I go through the pain myself that many of the members have already faced.
