Hi I have recover surplus funds (tax sale & foreclosure) and other assets on behalf of clients.  I am always running across deals. I work with Bankruptcy courts and come across some very good deal there from time to time. Would like to learn more and possibly participant in deals that I run across.  Have done some flips, would eventually like to own some apartment units
