Las Vegas Info

Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me, I am looking at buying properties in Las Vegas. I would appreciate any information on what areas are currently being sold at the best prices and can still rent out at good rates.

I am looking for some birddogs and wholesalers in the area as I live in California and want to build my local team.

If you have any information on the area, I would appreciate your help.

I would locate the local REIA's in Las Vegas and contact some of the folks in that area and see what they can tell you.

Joining the local real estate club is a good thing if you are actually in town. I belong to The Real Estate Insiders Club here, the next meeting is on Sept. 10th. Hi Alan -

I am in the exact same situation. Only I am in So Cal. I too am researching Vegas neighborhoods. I've started contacting some Realtors that also invest there. I am looking to build a team there using Realtor/Investors as the starting point.

I did find some Vegas REI clubs listed on this site. There is a Vegas chapter meets in Santa Monica California.

I will have to check out MyPropFolio. I've been testing out related software all week.

Be careful with the club listings for Las Vegas, they may not be accurate. The LVREIA no longer exists. The Prosper club is still around but I have found it to be so overloaded with real estate agents and mortgage people and few investors, not at all worthwhile for me.

Prosper is the club with the Los Angeles chapter.
