Hello everyone. My name is India. I joined this site a few weeks ago, but I'm a little slow on the intro. I've been studying Real Estate for about two years and I have learned enough that I feel comfortable practicing in the field. I completed my first deal last month and have a few more offers put on the table, so I'm pretty proud of myself. Most people underestimated me. Any advice on getting a hard money loan for a joint venture?

Congrats! The first deal is always the toughest, but after you get it, deals begin to flow in.
