My name is Seth Brown, I am a 23-year-old recent college grad. My wife and I moved to Richmond and got married within 3 months of graduating from our respective colleges in spring of 2014. Jackie has a very stable job as an analyst at the Carmax headquarters however the Richmond job market has been tough for me since my degree is in Ecology. So I recently began learning about real estate and am very interested in learning more about multifamily homes and "house hacking." We are looking for our first house and I think that using an FHA loan to secure a multifamily home would be a very wise financial strategy for us. Any advice or knowledge is greatly welcome!!
