Newbie from Southern California
Hello all,
My name is Keith Calichio and I'm a real estate investor and licensed Realtor from Fontana, CA, Inland Empire area. I tend to google many of my questions which often leads me to these forums and so I finally decided to join, specifically for networking and education.
I'm a full time investor looking for flip properties and I intend to get into rental properties in about a year. Currently, I'm looking for my first flip and I'm anxious to find some investor friendly agents who will help me out. My goal is to obtain 1-2 properties per month. I will be working with hard money lenders and gap funders, but for my first flip, I will go in all cash for the sake of getting my feet wet.
I've put in lots of offers and countered many, but so far no luck, but that's not stopping me! Anyways, I look forward to getting to know you guys!
