Hi everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Terence and I am a newbie real estate investor from NJ. Just a little bit of info about me: - I'm a college student, looking to use real estate investing as another hobby/source of income. I have a business partner named Frank, who is a realtor and we started our company Pre-Foreclosure Doctors, LLC earlier this year. I look forward to making connections with many of you, and i hope we can all do good business together in the future.

Thanks everyone. I feel very welcomed. Right now I am focusing on small time residential real estate. I don't have a lot of capital, so im simply using a little creative financing to flip some houses. Yes, this is another hobby for me; my true passion is in automobiles, but that field of work doesn't give me the kind of money that working in finance and real estate does. So, I am currently enrolled in Kean University studying Finance, while doing a little investing and trading on the side.
