Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here, but an experienced investor. I buy and assign or keep, rent, resell properties in highly growing areas or areas that are undervalued. Specializing in REO's and default properties in Indianapolis and Atlanta.

I also have access to notes both performing and non-performing and bulk REO's.

If anyone is interested in learning more, I welcome hearing from you.

I have another colleague who specializes in bulk REO properties in the Indianapolis area. Also, in Dayton and Cincinnati, OH. I am located in the central Ohio area.
