Hi there,
I just found this site today and thought it looked like a good place to network. I have been selling real estate both residential and commercial for about 6 years and I love it. I live in Austin Texas and love it more than all the other places that I've lived put together. I have two dogs and some fish. Other than that I like to watch movies. Hope all is well and nice to meet ya.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I typically do SFR, offices, and multifamily. I've done 7 condo conversions as well, but the market has dropped out of those. I currently have several office condos listed for sale and lease. Investment is about half my volume per year with the other being primary residences.

We should start a Texas group!! I have properties in San Antonio, Ft. Worth and Rio Grande Valley. Some anr long term and some are buy and sell.

Joshua, Is there a CO group? I was a Broker there in 79, for a year and then retired. Great cold miserable area, but it was good for real estate. Many fond memories.
