Thanks for the warm welcome. I typically do SFR, offices, and multifamily. I've done 7 condo conversions as well, but the market has dropped out of those. Joshua, Is there a CO group? I was a Broker there in 79, for a year and then retired. Great cold miserable area, but it was good for real estate. Many fond memories. |
