Hey! Thanks for the welcome!

We are so dang green we have no idea lol. I suppose maybe how to get into wholesaling residential to begin with? We are both new to the game, and when I say new I mean really have only limited knowledge. Looking to make some friends, learn and make sum dollars! ;-)

Goals:
Wholesale properties for cash
Buy homes to live
Create positive cashflow with properties
Back away from having to paint as income
Own vacation properties?

Most important: learn.
