Hey all,

I am a retired real estate investor from NY. I am 40 years of age and currently live in NC. I have been in and out of the RE biz for years and currently am sitting on the sidelines.

I am now into other investments that continuously yield me 10% a month. I plan on staying here till the market bottoms out.

I currently am involved in a foreign currency fund that has been yielding a contractual 10% a month every 30 days. I have been in for quite some time and very happy with the returns. The owner is very open and a private accounting firm does their audits. If anyone would like info PM me.

I respectfully disagree.
We are no where near the bottom of the market or the drop in the economy. Things WILL be cheaper and better deals are on the horizon.
