Greetings from The Lake Tahoe Ca. area

I'm a new member and want to get more involved with the R.E.discussions learning etc. going on here. This looks like a great site to learn and grow as an investor. I've been 'in the game" for like 25+ years and have gone from an RE agent to Broker, to investor and now I coach for foreclosures.com. I love investing, but I'm an admitted "skiaholic." I spend much of my time outdoors, chilling with my family, and am always looking to learn and grow in all aspects of investing and life. I look forward to chiming in with my thoughts on all things investing and look forward to chatting with you all in the future.

What aspect of "the game" have you enjoyed the most?

Hey Tim, welcome! I'm just down the hill from you in Auburn.
Alexis' foreclosure.com program was my 1st intro to rei about 10 yrs ago - gave me a lot of good info. Unfortunately I never did buy or assign anything.
I'm currently looking for property to buy options on - got my first one friday and now I'm looking for buyers.

Yeah, I specifically moved up here to "get the goods." I find myself skiing and playing most of the winter, and talking investing, but not doing a heck of a lot of work. I actually live about an hour North of Tahoe in Plumas County. It's off the beaten track, just as pretty, and NO ONE IS HERE! It is a paradise. Hope I can help some newbies get there businesses rolling Mark Boek, what do you have going?

It's great living away from everyone but marketing is a bear when there aren't a lot of people not to mention purchasing.
Of course the internet has solved some of that but face to face is still the best generally speaking.

I've never met an Investor from Lake Tahoe before! I'd love to hear from you! I've been spending a lot of time at Sierra at Tahoe in the snow the past few weeks.
