I am glad to be a part of this site & community! I am a first-time investor, but I have many resources to get started. Just need some capital or private money lender to get me rolling! I have found many properties with over $300+ positive cash flow after all expenses. Found this site on google & I am looking forward to making a fortune & making my pockets into bigger pockets! :D

Welcome to the forum Fadie. Think about doing some deals with straight options or lease option. They don't take much money and if you have that kind of a cash flow lease options would probably be 50% more.

Appreciate all of the love that has been given from all the biggerpockets.com members! I haven't been on here in awhile, but since I got back I have been having many opportunities. Now I have 4 deals in the works, 3 are real estate deals & the 4th is a huge Entertainment Industry deal. I am heavy in the Entertainment Industry which personally brings more returns than real estate if you know the right people. It's not what you know, it's who you know. I am looking to expand my business portfolio along with my real estate portfolio, so if you have any deals that you think are worth my time or money feel free to send them my way... :)

Well Tiara, my focus is primarily business in the entertainment industry. What I mean by that is I deal with artists and investors and setup concerts & tours. I am also an artist myself but I don't focus on that primarily. I own Trillionaire Mens Club Entertainment which is my private company that deals with setting up everything for the concert/tours. We are also looking to get some comedy deals as far as Katt Williams and a few other comedians also. It's not about what you know it's about who you know, and well I just keep getting introduced to the right people thank the lord... :mrgreen:
