Uh, this thread is for personal introductions, not deal discussion, please.

I started investing in Real Estate in 2003 while living in Highlands Ranch, CO. and had ups and downs in Denver, CO. It was mainly an area for fix n flip and I had difficulty cash flowing properties. While living in Colorado, I started buying properties in Memphis, TN strictly for cash flow and because I was able pay such low prices relative to Colorado.

I bought 47 properties and eventually moved back to Memphis where I had gone to high school and college. Today I own 47 SFH & duplexes, plan on buying 15 more this year and sell another 200+ properties a year to investors around the country thru a company I own with the rest of my family.

My personal goal this year is 15 more purchases this year all at 50% or below of today's market value and a minimum of $250+ NET monthly cash flow. As for the company, our goal is to assist investors with purchasing 300+ wholesale properties in Memphis this year.

I think with this site and the connections it will assist us in making, then we can definitely grow our business by the 50% we have set as a goal. Thanks for the great platform.
