Recently, I joined this network to share ideas, testimonies, and to seek limited partnerships with motivated like-minded investors who have an interest in succeeding in Real Estate.

I'm an "uncommon investor" who is only interested in other "uncommon investors". I believe that for as long as life can present a challenge then there has to be a creative solution for that particular challenge. As a matter of fact, there has to be atleast 10 or more solutions to every challenge that life presents; which all inspires me to unleash my creative genius. As I believe the same is to be true for Real Estate Investing.

I've been investing for a little over 5 years now and has faced many challenges; all of which I've had to either be competent enough to turn away from or have had to remain focused enough to reach a creative solution to solve the problem of the situation at hand.

I am here for networking and opportunities to build successful alliances and in all truth, after continuous research, I've come to find that most of the time when I've joined a network, I've failed to see many Georgia Investors. Yes, I've thought about it and has concluded that maybe it's me who is just overlooking the networks with Georgia members. Yet, I've also concluded that more networks need to be promoted to investors in Georgia. Especially, the creative entrepreneurs.

As I was saying, I'm a Georgia Investor. I invest in Athens, Atlanta, and surrounding areas of Georgia. Not only am I here for successful networking but I would also like to connect with partners who understand creative real estate methods.

I am here to learn and to maybe teach someone else something. Someone who has an open mindset of course. For me, it does not matter how long a person has been in this field; there are always opportunities to learn as much as you can because it's an on-going process.

I'm honest and straight to the point because my livelihood is Real Estate. I take my business serious but I also love to have fun and enjoy what I do. Real Estate is my passion, not my career so I don't focus on the money that can be made I just humble myself and find a way to solve problems for the uneducated people who has no solution for themselves.

Thanks for the great welcome. I don't know if you understood me or not but here's a recap. I am an "uncommon investor" so my options are always open as long as the numbers make sense.

You may agree with me here but then again you may not but instead of the deal making sense to me; I'd prefer the money making sense more.

Even after 5 years there are times when I run into situations that I don't understand so I am thankful for partnerships. They are the greatest thing to the face of Earth as long as you have an honest, lucrative partner. The reason why I enjoy this business so much is because of my TEAM.

Alot of times, two heads or more can really serve its purpose as my partners show me or point out to me what I may have missed.

Do you do deals in Georgia? Do you have any investors interested in doing business in Georgia? If so, maybe we can connect bird dogging, wholesaling, hard money, etc... and vice versa.
