Hello Everyone

I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here at BiggerPockets. I am a Ca licensed real estate broker wanting to get into the investment side of the market. I would love to network with other investors in my area and learn as much from each other as possible :D

Hey Winston, and welcome to the site! How long have you been in the biz?

Is Victorville holding up, or did it get slammed like the rest of the LA market??

We have several groups for LA investors you might be interested in, but I'm not sure that there are any for the high desert areas . . . maybe we can set one up?

To answer your questions yes Victorville CA got slammed pretty hard :cry: with foreclosures. It's an investors gold mine :cool: :cool: over here cause the rents are relatively higher than the mortgages are. Lots of positive cash flow on a ton of properties.

I have been in real estate since 1994. Got licensed in 1995 as an agent then got my brokers and notary license in 2005. These are exciting times we are living in and I want to build an empire to last a few generations. Whose coming with me, lol? (ala Jerry Maguire) :lol:

I joined a couple of groups but yeah there are none for the high desert. I might have to start one up.
