If I interpret Jon's greeting correctly, I'll be seeing you on the Bulk REO forum...am not sure if just *mentioning* "bulk REOs" in our introduction here is considered discussion, Jon? Does BiggerPockets have a zero tolerance policy for such errors -- so that we are docked points from our Influence even the first time we make a mistake? Yikes....

Yes - We have a ZERO tolerance policy here. When you sign up for our site, you must agree to read our site TOS and forum rules. If you have read the rules as you indicate when you sign up for an account, then there should be no reason why you'd break the rules, right?

I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker in Indianapolis. I have been in this business for 12 years. In that time I have worked with traditional Buyer's/Seller's, Investors and Investment groups. I have decided to look for other Real Estate opportunities and thought networking on PB made sense. I look forward to a great relationship!
