My name is Andrew from California, and my interest in real estate relates to a web tool I'm working on.
Basically, I became frustrated when trying to visit 10+ properties in 1 trip. It was hard to identify the best driving route. So I wrote a tool that solves this problem.
I have a prototype online that I'd love some input on. It has no ads and I won't be selling anything in the foreseeable future (Google Maps rules prohibit directly selling access to their maps anyway).
I did read you rules though, and I don't want to be perceived as a spammer.
Would you like the chance to try out my route optimizer prototype? I truly believe it's useful for researching properties, even at this early stage. If so, which forum is right for this kind of post?
