Hello Joshua,

My first goal is to buy a house for myself. I'm renting at this time and will take advantage of the FHA 3.5% down payment. For my first house/investment I'm thinking of a 2-4 multi-family unit. if it is a decent area. After the purchase of my first house I want to focus on multi-family properties (buy/hold). Since my experience is not there at this time. I will team up with an experienced investor.

As I stated before I joined an investment club and hopefully I'm able to connect with people there as well as the investors on Bigger Pockets.

I bet after you taste bucket load of money you will change your mind about passive income...

Not that passive isnt something that you shouldnt look at for long term wealth..
