hi i have been bird dogging since i was 17 and now 22 i am ready to jump into this wonderful world of real estate investing, which i love so much. This is my passion because its fun and i enjoy searching for properties and striking deals i wouldnt call myself a newbie but i know i am still pretty green no major deals besides a property i bought for myself to live in when i was 18 and got 5k back but thats another story...i hope to make many new friends and also mentors..thanks melvin jones :cool:
