Hello BP members, my name is Jamie Mondestin. I'm so glad to find this site.

There are vast amount of knowledge here to take in. First, my goal is to

connect with as much individuals as possible. I believe that there is strength in

numbers. My first step is to be a great wholesaler. I have done some research

and this goal is not easily attainable without the right mindset, the right

connection, the right information, and the right action plan.

More on that later. A little bit about myself. I was born during the Reagan Era,

if it is safe to say that. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this was a

recessionary period. I spend most of my life in Miami, fl. It is impossible for me

to get lost. Have been throughout the county and vicinities(Miami shores,

North Miami, Miami Beach, El Portal, Miami Garden, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Coral

Gables, Kendall, etc). I'm currently a student at Miami Dade College -Wolfson

Campus. I'm going for my AS degree in Network Service Technology. Hopefully,

earning my Certification and move up the ladder with an IT company. However,

I got into real estate investing as a mean to supplement my income to pay for

school and get out of debt. Moreover, the notation that America is for sale is

true. So its only reasonable to get your slice of the pie, don't you think? Be it

that it may, I looking for a mentor to take me under their wings, sort to speak.
