Hello everyone! I've been on BP now for about a month, reading blogs and posts. I thought it was about time to introduce myself. I am new to RE investing and working at cutting my teeth at wholesaling and Lease Purchas Options. Eventually I'd like to start investing in multi-unit rentals, but currently don't have the capital.
