What are the rules and regulations for offering absentee owners / investors services?
Hello everyone, I was just wondering what are the rules and regulations if I want to offer out of state investors maintenance, repair and rehabbing services for their properties. Do I as a independent contractor have to be certified, insured or licensed to do so even though the contractors and worker that will actually do the work are.
