Interesting concept. Its the Stratosphere tower on steroids.

If the individual occupants control the rotation of the floors, then it will always end up looking like the chaotic picture. If not its, in a sense, the same as any other to the occupants. Your view may change, but you get whatever you get.

This building is an incredible concept that seems simple once you watch the website video of how its made. I cant wait to go to Dubai. Maybe we can get a group together and build the first one here!!! Money aside, how difficult do you guys think it would be to build that here in terms of politics, compettition battles etc.? All that and its green too!!! Awesome!

Let alone this building, Dubai as a whole has some of the worlds most amazing buildings period. With the Burj Al Arab and other buildings going up there the place will be incredible in about 10 years...
