Yes, it is. You can do double digit earnings monthly IF you are in the right investment and right position in life. This isn't a spam post, I was a real estate investor for decades and I am currently retired and do other "out of the box" investments.

I love to hear peoples thoughts and ideas and this is why I joined this forum ! ! !

I am involved in foreign currencies. It is a private invite only fund paying out a contractual 10% a month, unfortunately there is a $100K minimum. I am not looking for feedback on what I am doing, as I have been involved for quite some time and it is a solid investment.

I would love to hear what others are into as the current real estate market is soft and not going to be improving anytime in the near future.

Interesting! I do not know much about foreign currencies, but 10%+ a month sounds too good to be true, unless the risk factor is very high.

I am involved in some oil and gas investments which have yielded above 20% for over 10 years, but that is annual, not monthly. Still, it is a turn-key, no maintenance, no headache, no managerial responsibilty investment.

Plenty of money to be made in this market.

Just because our nation is experience a recession doesn't mean one has to embrace recessionary thinking.

Sounds to good to be true but isn't. I was skeptical at first myself, but sometimes there are really good things out there, but hidden in private arenas.

I don't know much about the gas\oil biz. Love to hear more about it.

I am far from recessionary thinking. But I am also a realist and know we are not at the bottom and still have years to go until turn around is even close. So I am moving capital into more profitable areas and venues. I am still a big real estate fan, just not right now.

You can make money in any market you just have to know what your market is doing and invest according to current market conditions that means due diligence.

Know your market and you'll be ok..

I know my market Mr_I, I just choose to go elsewhere wight now for better returns. And like I said imo it is not bottomed yet, so I sit on the sidelines and wait.
