Joe the plumber - LOSER BOOK

What? Like any of you would turn down a book deal....lol Of course he's doing a signing - and probably a contractually agreed one per the deal he signed last year. Geeze, if someone paid me enough I'd hang for an hour at a book signing for no one to show....lol

The point is......He released the book at the wrong time. I dont care about how good his book deal is.

As someone who has written a book I can tell you it isn't easy to have it released when you want. The process takes time even when it is hurried along, as it was in this case. For him to have capitalized on his 15 minutes of fame he would have to had the book written before he even knew he would be famous. Not exactly an easy task. As Tim said, it was probably part of the book deal and he would have been a fool to turn the offer down.

Lol - bull. As if you wouldn't take the check for someone else to take the risk of publishing your book.

And I would hardly judge a conservative book's success by the performance of a 1 hour signing in DC. How's it doing on amazon? Oh my - a quick check there show's he's about 12,000 places ahead of Al Franken's BEST performing book of 3. Is that Washington politician Al Franken getting beat on the subject of politics by a plumber?

People, get a clue. You can like him or hate him. Bottom line is he capitalized on an opportunity which makes him smarter than most. I have a strong inclination that the haters are grown out of jealousy.
